With all of the BCS analysis going on, I'm finding some of the talking heads contradicting themselves. Does anyone know of an official or somewhat official website that has all of the BCS "rules" posted? I'm particularly concerned with the rules concerning rematches. I know if we face and soundly defeat GA in the SECCG, we will essentially be penalized in the computer polls of the BCS. I know that by knocking GA out of the top ten we lose our QW deduction - I know that is important, but is that the only way we are penalized? Does our SOS or any other BCS computer component get affected in a net-negative way due to the rematch circumstance? I mean GA will still be a 10-win team after a hypothetical loss to us in the SECCG. Just pondering the logic on how the BCS treats rematches.
