It never ceases to amaze me that the smallest people (college in this case) in the world try their best to help the most. http://appl003.lsu.edu/unv002.nsf/9faf000d8eb58d4986256abe00720a51/cc0d89b224e8bcbd862570b30050eab9?OpenDocument
I've never mentioned this before, but this is a good example. Why would I get bad rep for a post like this? It has happened before. The post is nothing but praise! The only thing I can think is that it was already posted, but it wasn't the same article. If it's because I didn't search, I can't. So basically not paying is reason for bad rep. Is that correct?
Some people are way too quick to give out negative rep points. Unless something incredibly ignorant or insensitive is said, I don't see much reason for giving them out. There are people who set out to do nothing but provoke others. These are the types of people neg rep points should be designated for. Not people trying to provide positive feedback or information, but who don't have the time to read every single post on this site because they have other priorities (work, class, family, etc.)
Conveniently, I can't find out. I looked and this is another example: http://www.tigerforums.com/showthread.php?p=362815#post362815 WTF?
