AP Poll

    Auburn has two first-place votes. If LSU beats them, do you think they inherit those votes? I guess it depends on who those voters have at #2.

    I would suspect those two are from the south and would thus vote for LSU. I would hope so.

    You are probably right. I remember Miles saying that he always votes SEC first when he phones in his coaches poll ballot. My guess is it's two AP guys from the south that show a fovoring to the SEC. Another reason these polls should mean nothing. They are so biased.

    Doesn't Spurrier always vote Duke #1 in the pre-season poll? On the reasoning it is because they gave him his first Div I job?

    Now there's a real serious vote for a true ranking. *rolls eyes*

    Yeah, but he is making a statement about how ridiculous a pre-season poll is when no team has played a game. Its all based upon he said / she said, last year's results and this year's expectations. So, I love that he makes the statement that the pre-season poll is trash. He's like, this is trash. He probably votes Tulane #2.

    I believe he votes them in at 25th, not #1.
