Per Saban's press conference today. Ben Wilkerson and Craig Davis will practice today, but in red jerseys. But Dwayne Bowe (ankle) and Corey Webster (knee) won't even get that far, and won't practice at all. Saban didn't give up much info re whether they'll be available on Oct. 9.

I don't remember seeing Bowe go down. Anyone?

If this is true, this looks like a game our defense is going to have to step up & some of the other youngsters are going to have to emerge.

Bowe just might be suspended for flipping the ball at the Georgia corner after catching the TD. Anyone else see this? I was at the game so I'm not sure if the cameras caught it. Purely speculation, but it wouldn't surprise me if that pissed Saban off to no end - very trashy move. We don't play that crap and I think it was a very thuggish, University of Miami thing to do and he probably should have been called for a penalty...

I saw that. I haven't heard anything about him being suspended for it though. I doubt he will get suspended for that.

I doubt it too, but I can't get it out of my mind. What in the hell is he thinking doing that after our kickers have had enough trouble hitting extra points from the normal distance. Bowe is a real thug in my book right now and it was classless and silly thing to do. I hope that he is not the thug he made himself out to be Saturday night...

Hey Dwayne, you may be from Miami, but for now you are a Tiger - please act like it...

I saw it too. I wouldn't call it thugish but they could have called a taunting penalty and he can't do that again. He usually just hands the ball to the refs in a very business like manner so it's not a pattern. It happened so quick I don't even think he thought about it.

You need to grow up. Ga was killing us and you have no idea what was being said on the field. Its hard to say how someone should have acted when you are not on the field.

I know how people should act regardless of where they are. Grow up? What is childish about my comments? What Bowe did was inappropriate under any and all circumstances. From a strategic standpoint, what he did could have put his kicker and team in a tougher spot than they needed to be in. Pride and class are not based on the score of the game...
