That would have been groundbraking stuff. Especially this being Martin L. King, Jr. Day. It would have made a great story. I'm sort of disappointed it didn't happen.
To be honest about it, I could care less...... My favorite teams didn't make it but I still like to watch the games. Phins and Broncos......... next Titans I understand some may like great stories but I just enjoy watching the games. Kinda like a great story for the media I guess
I'm disappointed that the Steelers aren't in it. I'll just enjoy seeing Jarvis Green and Kevin Faulk for the Pats and Jake Delhomme for the Panthers. Colts-Eagles would have been cool, especially with the Eagles being my preseason pick, just to see Rush have a meltdown
I like the Seahhawks. I also like the Raiders. Since neither of them were in the finals, I would have liked to have seen the Titans versus the Eagles. It would have been great for race relations to have 2 black QB's in the Super Bowl. It would have made for a great storyline.
i am actually glad its whites vs whites, i think it preserves the integrity of the game. just kidding, pointing out how silly it sounds if you reverse it. i dont favor one race or another, so i dont care.
Of course I don't favor one race over the other. I thought it was wrong of Limbaugh to say McNabb was overrated. But I still would have enjoyed seeing 2 black QB's in the Super Bowl. It would have been a refreshing change and perhaps changed the racist viewpoints of many.
What difference does it make what color the quarterbacks are? Do you really think any racists of any color are going to become less racist whether there are 2 black QBs in the Superbowl, 2 white or 1 black and 1 white?
