No headache, I promise. The pain in your feet will make you totally forget about your head after you've walked 7 miles to class from River Road.
Exactly right, and with the way they shut down streets to one-way traffic on game day, no way to get people in and out at the same time, espicially with the volume of traffic that will pour in within 2 hrs. of kickoff. And I'm not worried about tailgating Monday, I'm just ready to see some freakin' football. Hopefully the gas thing want get out of hand and I can get there and back.
Last I checked, you guys aren't in high school anymore. In college, it's OK to skip..... Hell.....if you need a note to give to your teacher, I'm sure someone here will write one for you.
I just can't figure out why there were too boneheaded to just go ahead and announce last night that class was cancelled on Monday if that is indeed the case. They've made some flakey decisions lately. Everyone knows that it would be impossible to have any classes Monday.
My class for today was canceled and I had a big presentation to do today. My teacher said it's due Monday but like the rest of you I can't really see class going on Monday with the game that night. Campus will be insane. They may be betting though that most of the fans will be at work and will have to make the trip to campus after getting off.
I (enter your name here you drunk chit) was not able to attend class on monday september 26, 2005, due to the LSU football massacre taking place. I was entirely too intoxicated to find anything besides the ice chest and the huge stadium located conveniently in the middle of campus. Also, I was physically restrained by my friend (circle one) bud, miller, jack, evan, jim, or a non-domestic friend. I hope you understand, as some things take precedent over class. I was welcoming Mr. Miles to his first day at school, and helping him set up for success here at our great institution. Call me a bad guy for missing class, but I was simply helping my classmates feel comfortable on their big day. Sincerely, drunk guy
As long as LSU Stud is able to make it to his two classes AND workout AND make it to the game on Monday, I think everything will be alright! :thumb:
Traffic will start arriving for a day game before noon and most of the free lots are already filled by 3 hours before gametime. If that traffic hits a regular day at LSU it will be a complete clustersomething. I can't believe they haven't closed LSU on Monday already. Why wait?
Red, is LSU going to allow all usual tailgating spots to be opened? I planned on coming up Monday morning but am just expecting it to be like another gameday. Just wanted to make sure FEMA or something else wasn't going to be taking up a spot at a certain location
