Another turf issue

    Perhaps I am a worry wart. Georgia dome change to artificial turf since , I believe, the last Peach Bowl LSU was at, and coach Richt said the turf will make a difference in the game. How can LSU deal with this issue? Better shoes than the ones used at Ole Miss, or practice at similar surfaces?

    Just a point of information; the Peach Bowl (2000) was two trips to Atlanta ago. We were last there for the SECCG in 2001.

    Ole Miss plays on AstroPlay, which is a cheaper version of FieldTurf ... maybe that's why we had some issues at Ole Miss.

    BTW, the SuperDome switched to AstroPlay a couple of weeks ago.

    Great, the Tigers will be able to familiarize themselves witht he surface in Ga. b4 the NC game in the Super Dome ... sweet !
