Let me first start this by saying I despise Ohio State. Notre Dame was my the team I have hated the most for years, but now that they are truly pathetic, they have been surpassed by OSU. BUT, here is a team that won the national championship last year. When they played Michigan, there was SO MUCH whining and complaining that they - not USC, were going to get the Sugar Bowl. A team that has by far a much tougher schedule than USC, won the damn championship last year, and the media was almost brought to tears at the thought of them making it back. So it is not only LSU. For some reason, the media has their favorites, and this years flavor is USC. I think if we win, we should be a clear choice for number 2. However, Mark Richt said it best. It is up to you to remain undefeated. If you do not, you are at the mercy of others.
What i do not get is Texas in BCS . I really think even if LSU were undefeated right now and lost in seccg. that they would be out of a bcs bowl.
I am absolutely with you on that. They get blown out by over 50 points and they are supposedly an elite team this year? Arkansas went it and handed them an ass whoopin too.
There is NO WAY Texass deserves a BCS bowl...no way whatsoever. Even if we take LSU out of it, there are FAR MORE deserving teams other then Texass. How can a team that was humiliated in two games this year be deserving?
