I don't believe how down people are on Miles. You know if you read between the lines, one of the reasons Nick left was that he felt that he had done all he could do at LSU. It's pretty rare to win a national title and without another title you wonder how long people would have been on Nick's case like they are on Miles. Maybe Nick left because he didn't want what's happening to Miles now happen to him for losing in the fourth quarter to Tenn.

A lot of great coaches and programs have blown fourth quarter leads. Give the guy some time. The man has a right to work the first season without every Buddy Songy wannabe criticizing everything from his coaching to his choice of condiments.

Don't come here acting like you know a damn thing about why Saban left LSU. He was treated like a god here in Louisiana.

    You don't have a f'ing clue...

B&*(()%T! Good loyal coaches don't give a damn what people say about 'em! Nick wasn't concerned about anything but his own damn ego and it's partially his fault we're in this mess. If the guy had acted in a mature manner and made up his mind as to whether he wanted to be an NFL coach and left sooner or a college coach and stuck by his self-professed love for LSU, then either he would still be here or we could have gotten Meyer or Spurrier. You think either one of those guys worry about what the public is saying about them? Nick was afraid of failure and how he would end up in his own self-perception if he couldn't produce the satisfactory results year in and year out. Nick Saban was loved more than Gerry DiNardo and Lou Tepper were hated.
I was afraid of this when we got Miles and Pelini but I wanted to give them a chance. And as long as they are the coaches I'll still try to be supportive while I voice my discontent. And everyone else should as well because there are others involved here besides the coaches and administrators.

Hey look, it's the Michigan State fan who pretended to be a LSU fan during the years Saban was here.

Now that Saban is gone, he has resorted to bashing the real LSU fans.

Saban wouldn't have lost a 2nd half 21 pt lead.

Disagree completely. Nick Saban is already a millionaire and was already making the green dollars you posted above. He is also very successful with his money off-the-field only increasing his $$$ along with his salary.

There was a new challenge and he wanted to take it as many successful college coaches do. He won SEC Titles and a National Championship here.

Well the owner also offered full control basically to an NFL team.

Not many will do that and as we all know, Saban loves control. This was a perfect oppotunity for him.

Remember, neither the Bears or Jags (think it was them) offered anything but the HC position and tough upper management
