...Forgive them, for they know not what they say.... Look at this one.... http://www.collegefootballnews.com/2003/Columnists/MZ/SEC_Title.htm The way they portray us is beginning to annoy me. I almost love being so hated.... GEAUX TIGERS!!!! :tigerhead :lsug:  :lsug: :tigerhead
That is the stupidest article I've ever seen. It makes me embarrased for the media when I see garbage like that even on the web. Why doesn't the guy just add from between the hedges to dinish his column... While you're at it.. heck out this article... Based on his article on ND a few weeks ago i think he's an LSU fan... http://www.footballnetwork.com/custompage.cfm?pageid=567
Nice quote islstl.... Kinda like... "Someone's success isn't measured by the number of friends they have. Enemies count too. There's no such thing as bad attention, because they're still saying your name... " -- Marilyn Manson Words of wisdom from a very odd man... GEAUX TIGERS!
One things for sure.............. If we win saturday all these people will have to take notice....... It will take a few years of LSU dominating and blowing out people before these people will believe us though. LSU's reputation is following us, We lose the games we're suppose to win.......................... One way to stop this: Quit having mercy on the SEC and quit sitting on leads and start dominating on offense, and put away teams. The D has been dominating all year. Geaux Tigers
I agree with Fightintiger. I took his "run away" to mean that we need to use our speed and high octane offense to "run the score up". Not have a close game that ends with a slug-fest. The longer UGA stays close, the better for their confidence. I do not believe UGA can out score us in a high point total game. It was not very well written, as it was not clear.
Well, I don't know...it just seems a bit down, sayin we're gonna have to be "cowards" to win this ball game... I could see where that would frustrate the Bulldogs, but it's just the portrayal that the Tigers should be scared to get physical in this game that bothers me... Geaux Tigers! PS - I see your point though...I don't think GA can score as much as they'd like to be able to on us either.
Swerved's post script is on point. The article failed to focus on the challenge that the Georgia offense will face against the LSU defense. As good as the LSU offense is, the special teams and defense are more distinguished this year - that puts the pressure on the Georgia special teams and offense. What will Georgia do to address those two phases of the game?
