I, for one, don't root for the guys who leave here, b/c 99% of them leave because they are too scared to compete for a job, and they expect to have a job handed to them b/c of their "Star" rating... In Amp's case, I think it was a little bit of the above, but he also was homesick, so I felt for him today...
