Democrats don't seem to understand that we already have something new...and it isn't working. This current system of corruption and money grubbing scumbags is not what made this country the greatest on Earth. We don't need change, we need restoration.

I agree 100%!!! The problem is the new group is just as incompetent as the old group and neither cares what the American people want.

Unfortunately he is yet to change anything for the better. As bad a job as Bush did it seems it shouldn't have been such a big challenge for a God's second son.

Abraham Lincoln -"but I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the Republic is destroyed. I feel at this moment more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before, even in the midst of war. God grant that my suspicions may prove groundless."

    wow.

to make it clear, i voted for Obama, but i am beginning to regret it. No President is above ridicule and criticism. And all the Dems who are calling town hall protesters nazi's and traitors, are just as bad as the Republicans who said people that were anti bush were un patriotic.

I have always wondered how anyone can question what this nation was founded on when quotes like this and all the ones from Thomas Jefferson exist.

So what else do we do? We keep giving the other side a shot until one of them gets it right. Our only real power is at the polls and its the only thing politicians ultimately care about--getting elected.

Stop electing carrier politicians, they have to do what the lobbyist want to be able to get the funds the need to say in office. And to turns in to a never ending cycle.

I voted for Obama, chief. John McCain was the carrier politician. He heroically flew jets from aircraft carriers in Vietnam. :usaflagwa
