The LSU baseball team defeated the LSU alumni team 4-3 with good pitching,discipline,defense, and speed. IN the 8th inning J.C. Holt(fastest player in LSU baseball history) stole a base then scored on a wild pitch,Dustin Weaver, the catcher stole a base and scored prior to Holt. Jake Tompkins, the sunday starter got the win on 4 hits 2 runs 2 K's. Tompkins struck out Mike Fonetenot to give the 2002 squad a win.
Wish I could have been there to see it. I'm trying to move home soon enough to get to go see some of the games this year.
