We're getting in top recruits every year, and building a stronger power house every year... what the hell is there to complain about?
Are you paying attention? If we win out and no one above us loses we are number 3. AT BEST! It does matter what the media thinks because the polls are our only chance to move up in the BCS. Right now, Ohio State is actually benefiting from having to pull games out of their ass at the last minute because THEY HAVE NO OFFENSE. But suddenly, they are the "9 lives" team.
Also, I'm not really referring to the BCS... I'm referring what gimps like Trev Alberts, Mark May, Herbstreet, and what the rest of the clowns at ESPN have to say about LSU. There's no sense in bitching and moaning about what they "say".

I used to care, until I started viewing it like the guy who started this thread. It just doesn't matter. If we beat Florida we are easily the number 2 team in the country, no matter how Ohio State pulls out games. If you can make through an SEC schedule undefeated, you will be ranked 1 or 2 in the country. In fact, if you can make it undefeated with any BCS conference schedule, you will be in the BCS title game, no questions asked. That is why going undefeated in college football is so special, it doesn't allow for 2 and 3 loss teams to magically alter it's season through a playoff streak of luck. .
