But The judge knows his stuff, I just wish he would replace one of the knuckle heads on fox. I have to agree we if the fed has these powers we dont have a free economy. I dont think we have one anymore.
We tried the other extreme for 8 years under Bush with no regulation or oversight and look what mess that got us into. Obama doesn't have a clue, but I'll take too much regulation over too little when it comes to the keeping an eye on big business which has already proven themselves not worthy of our trust. Until they make it legal for me to carry my gun and shoot known thieves down in the street(which I strongly advocate) someone needs to keep an eye on them.
