Forum Folks, I could use your help. I would love to purchase 2 tickets to the Alabama game. Here's why (other than the obvious). My son, an Alabama grad, and a Major in the Air Force is attending an Air Force school, 40 miles from my home. He has never been to Tiger Stadium. I have told him many times that there is no place like Tiger Stadium, especially on a Saturday night and would love to share that experience with him. This is the first time since he graduated from college that he has lived within 600 miles of his old man. Since I was also in the Air Force (30 years) this oppertunity has not presented itself before and may not again. Obviously I would like to take advantage of it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, 65Grad

    Go to stubhub.com/lsu-football-tickets

I just told one of my friends from Navarre Beach (a Bama fan) to go to the site and he found 2 together for $170.00 each. You can pick your section and most are mailed in 2 business days. Some deliver them when the season starts. Others on this forum have also said it is a good deal and their were no problems. Hope it works out and you turn him into a die hard tigers fan.

Is that really the best price one can expect for the Bama game? That is an awful lot of money for a single ticket ($340 for a pair). I was hoping to see prices much closer to face value

Yes and no...the majority of season ticket holders have to make a donation to TAF to even get tickets...so there lies one of the problems that ticket prices are always so high on stubhub or ebay. The people selling the tickets want to recoup some of their mandatory donation (which by the way is a tax write off) back.
