Jim Drone, on his ESPN show, "Rome is Burning," just made some really asinine comments. A sampling: "If LSU doesn't make it to the Sugar Bowl, they have only themselves to blame. They are the ones who scheduled UL-Monroe and Western Illinois." ... "USC would crush LSU if they played." ... "Only USC, with their powerful offense, would be able to be competitive with Oklahoma." I am paraphrasing a bit, as I'm not sure of his exact words. That was the gist of it, though. That guy is such a pompous idiot. He ought to, at least, admit that he is a USC homer...
Well, they'll ALL (Rome, The Talking Heads, et al) have Georgia as the FAVORITE in the SEC CG It's all up to LSU to shut 'em up now. Do our talkin' on the field, starting with the HOGS ... every AP voter worth his salt will be watching LSU (on TV) today. These clowns like Rome are doing this LSU team a service ... by showing us no respect ... LSU's next two TV performances will do their own talking ... and we'll get our just dessert based on those results.

Only reason Jim Rome has his own show is because he likes to cause contreversy and is good at it. I still remember when Jim Everett kicked the crap outta himw hen he kept calling him Chris Everett. I swear if you waitch it you see the moment Jim craps his pants when Jim jumps at him. Classic example of a little man who was always jealous of athletes because he didn't have the balls to be one.
This is truly a sign of the apocolypse !!!!!!!! If we're relying on the credibility of Skip Bayless to get us to the Sugar Bowl, then I'll go ahead and order Rose Bowl tix.
