In the Auburn-Wisconsin game. They called a TB on a ball clearly out inside the one and called an unsportsmanlike on Auburn when the Wisconsin guy pushed the Auburn player right in front of the official. The AU player had words for him but never touched him. These guys are the worst in all of college football.
Yup. I'm back in SE Alabama working right now and I'm listening to 92.1 FM, the local "Auburn Radio", and the announcers are just going haywires on the air. Imagine Jim Henderson when Carney missed that extra point a couple weeks ago, but with a real Alabama accent. It's hilarious! But still.....Go Auburn! (At least for today)
I was just about to post about these refs when I saw your post below. Its also the same crew that did the UF v. FSU game which they stole from the gators. They've spotted the ball wrong about 4 times already, by yards not inches. Freakin Horrible.
On Auburn's last scoring drive, they fumbled twice and lost both. The officials blew both calls. Not really complaining because I want AU to win but these officials are bad.
They missed that same play at least 3 times in the uf game. Not only are they biased homers, they suck as well. Auburn starting to dominate, rooting for them today.
Time to make a change. It's time for the powers that be to get serious about improving the officiating. I know that they want to be the best they can be. For starters, I think that the officials need to have physical fitness standards like we have in the military. If I get too fat or out of shape, the Army will fire me. The damn officials should also have some fitness standards so that they can keep up with the flow of he game. Some of them look too old and fat for the job. :geaux: :lsug:
I sure hope the ACC or wherever they came from gets rid of those horrible officials. I watched the game and couldn't hardly believe what I was seeing. Surely they grade these guys and get rid of them.
