Sounds like a libtard campaign slogan. As of now there is no college or professional basketball or baseball. The NHL and MLS have suspended play. As of last night there were high school basketball playoff games, at least in Louisiana but I would think there won't be any more.

There is a NASCAR race scheduled this weekend as well as a PGA tournament. I haven't heard anything but I doubt that there will be any racing or golf this weekend. Not only the fans and players are being put on hold, we are not talking about Little League here. All of the aforementioned leagues are multibillion dollar business that have a major economic impact on the cities and states where the individual teams play. Vegas sports books have to be dying. Are they still playing poker, craps, roulette and slots? I don't know but casinos are usually filled with people from all over the world. Lots of potentially exposed people to risk exposing yourself to.

Add that to the stock market and the oil industry taking a nose dive and we are looking at a depression staring us in the face. All goods and food items are delivered to the stores and restaurants by trucks that criss cross the nation. Driven by drivers who could be in Seattle making a delivery to a nursing home and Kansas City the next day delivering items made in China to Dollar General stores.

Trump has proposed legislation to spend $500 billion on three different kinds of economic relief programs all to be spent withing a few weeks. A total of a trillion and a half. While it's necessary and the right thing to do that amount of extra money added to the budget will speed up the wheels of inflation.

The Democrats and their lapdogs in the MSM are going to be howling and whining but really, what the hell would they do about it if they were in charge. Print more money, of course.

We are living in apocalyptic times my friends. We a truly fucked and we can't even distract ourselves by watching games on TV.

Pretty sure everyone would be singing a different tune if we kept things going as normal and we see a death rate like Italy or Iran. Or it mutates and becomes even more deadly...

But its fine to blame all the bad stuff on the liberals as if Republicans never do anything wrong. Free speech and all, this is world wide pandemic. It isn't just an American media issue.

Now the NCAA has canceled all spring sports including baseball and even the College World Series that wouldn't be played until June.

I'm not blaming the idiot liberals for canceling everything. I suppose it's the right thing to do. I'm blaming them for the way they will spin it to make it all Trump's fault.

jobless claims dropped again. the economy is strong

the stock market is not the economy

short term we can manage if supply chains can be resourced domestically

That is correct, but the death rate for H1N1 was extremely low.
