Bottom line, it seems USC is doing to much bellyaching than to nut up and earn what many pig headed a$$holes around the nation have already bestowed upon them. If they by some miracle beat Michigan, we will hear more excuses on top of excuses on why what happened happened.

"We didn't win because our heart was not in it. We were supposed to play for the National Championship, in the National Championship."

I for one have lost a lot of respect for this football team. Act like men and take your medicine. You are not in the Sugar Bowl because you don't deserve it!!

VanGeaux if SC loses, I also think we will hear a lot of "the better team didn't win" a la UGA.

The USC D is ranked #2 in the nation against the run. The first is OSU. Perry ran for 154 yards against them. What's he gonna do against USC? Break 200?

The USC D is ranked #110 in the nation against the pass. UM has Avant, Edwards and Breaston.

    Enough said.

I agree, Wolvey...What is the UM defense like? I think the key for the wolvey's is to stop the Leinhart to Williams train...

Their pass D has been solid all season expect for the run that OSU had against them. 167 yards a game and only 5 TD's thru the air agaisnt them. In the run they give up 120 yards a game and 14 TD's.

All in all they are solid with great DB's like Jackson, Shazor, Lesure and Curry. Up front Reid, Woods and Diggs are solid enought to keep a team from running wild on them.

Only way I see UM getting in trouble is if they have a special teams blow up like they did against Oregon and get behind early. Even if that happens John should be able to throw bombs thru that swiss cheese Trojan D.

USC has not even come close to playing a team as good as UM. Their first actual test of the freaking season. Pathetic.

There will be many many points on the board against USC.....we will see the true USC against Michigan....a team not worthy of a national championship if it cannot play D.
