I was doing a bit of shopping tonight (as always with my LSU cap on) and I was surprised by how many Gator fans would pass me and give me a "Go Tigers"! While in the checkout the lady behind me decided to strike up a conversation about our teams. Course I had to talk ad nauseum about TT etc. Then we began chatting about the Tigers, when the discussion came around to RP, she just looked at me and said "I saw that guy play, and he scares me"...just thought I'd post this to the Tiger faithful.

oh man sometimes i wish i could live in enemy territory like this so i could rep LSU all the time. I love going on vacations or anywhere out the state that i can wear anything that sais LSU.

Hell, the monday after the Miss St. game, i had to go to court in Mississippi for a ticket and still walked in with my LSU hat on and a bright yellow LSU hoodie.

It can be great when they're winning. But, if you're friends with fans who can be classless jerks it can be awful when LSU is losing. IE the R-Kansas game.

Living in Ohio is great right now because LSU hasn't lost the Championship Game.

I hope I can say the same on Jan 8th.

Either way, win or lose, I'll be wearing my LSU gear with pride the day before, of, and after the Game.

I feel the same way. Alot of people tell me RP is going to be good. Except for my best friend who is a Hurricane fan and said to me that RP missed alot of throws. I said are you kidding me coming from a guy who hasnt made a bowl in the last 2 years.:geaux:

He went 20 out of 30 in the SEC Championship game and completed 68% of his passes on the season. Hope he misses just as many next year.

Actually, it was for a DUI and i got out of it. The DA that i was talking to was a huge MOO U fan. Both his boys go to state.

HAHA at first when i walked up though, he slamed the file shut and said i was going to jail, but then dropped the charges. Amazing what a little football knowledge can do for you.

I hear ya but its great for me because I'm at LSU right now but I'm going back to visit my family in Ohio for Winter break. So I'll get some trash-talking done then and I'll be back in Louisiana before the game so even if we lose I don't have to put up with them :thumb:. I can't wait to go back though. I plan on driving through neighborhoods blaring the LSU Fight Songs...

Down here we have a TON of migratory snow birds that all seem to be from Ohio and fly their car-flags all winter long....its so disgusting...not to mention they can't drive worth jack and clog up our streets like you would not believe:angryfire , but I digress

Anyway...we have these 6 ft. tall wooden and metal LSU letters we built and wrapped in purple and gold lights for the front yard. Our predominatly Gator neighborhood loooves it...we get honks and hollas all night and they stop and beggg us to whip up on tOSU (cuz ya know I'm gonna be in the startin' lineup and all)... which is much better than in 2003, when some azzweepay Bucknut fans drove through our yard and drug our lights 3 blocks up the road...but never fear a Bucknut with class returned them, and even helped us replace them in the driving snow!! Not all in vest-land all evil!!
