Apparently Luther Davis is very certain about the future. The comments by some of the fans are just as funny. I almost feel sorry for the gumps. The next few years will be very disappointing. http://alabama.rivals.com/showmsg.asp?fid=878&tid=94402940&mid=94402940&sid=885&style=2
He's always talking out of both sides of his mouth. His phone is still warm from holding it against his cheek begging Miles to give him another chance.
LVT, I like it cause: 1/ It was a gif from Deceks, what a nice gesture from an AU fan. 2/ To me it represents LSU's on FIYA! You gotta use context podna: Linguistics: Context clues, connotation, semantics, linguistics- it’s a great language, you really should experience it. Symbols (In this case, flames, can symbolize different things- the Rebel flag for example). Meanings are how we interepret them- a young man calling another "Dog" is a good thing; whereas, a young man calling a female that has a different meaning......same word. If you want a “Higher level” example: There is a related distinction in linguistics between the objective meaning or denotation of a word such as "vulgar", and the positive or negative association or connotation we attach to such a word a’ la’ John Stuart Mill. :thumb: To stick with the thread topic.......Pejoration possibly begins with those who don't have such an "Optimistic" outlook on life. I tend to find myself aligned more with the process of amelioration. Next question..........Oh, there's the bell, don't forget your homework. :hihi:
The Tigers Den? Does anyone know if Luther has qualified yet? Anyway, Alabama's ranking of a top 10 recruiting class was an absolute joke, completely biased. As for Luther's predictions, well he also promised Will Blackwell, Sidell Corley and several other of his "friends" would come with him to Bama, and we saw how that worked out...
Yes, I didn't take it that way.....that's why I went OVERBOARD in responding. It's all good tween us. :thumb:
He needs to read up on his history. How many coaches have won national championships at two D1 universities?
From what I remember, Luther Davis had no chance of qualifying. He'll probably never play for an SEC school.
