I loved Haslett in his first year as head coach of the Saints. I thought he was God for a while. Now I do not care for him as he has made some really horrible decisions, the main one being to allow Rick Venturi to be your defensive coordinator. What a joke. The problem is much deeper than the HC. It's the GM position. Just go back to when we had Jim Finks as GM. Great success (although no playoff victories thanks to Jim Mora). Then he dies unfortunately from cancer, and the organization goes into a funk because we refuse to hire a legitimate GM for many years (I think the Saints had GM by committee for a few years). Now we get Randy Mueller. Once again the Saints are returned to prominance. I still to this day have no idea why we fired him. Correct me if I am wrong about the firing. Now once again we have an idiot for a GM. It's too bad Tom Benson doesn't really care. That's the saddest thing of all.
Isn't the Berlin record in the standings wrong? It shows 6-3, but as far as I was aware they only lost one game.
