SAN ANTONIO ? The San Antonio Spurs signed Garrett Temple on Tuesday, permanently putting the rookie guard on their roster after a 10-day tryout. Temple, a former LSU star, has averaged 5.5 points in two games since joining the Spurs earlier this month.
