LSU football coach Les Miles all but declared upcoming senior Matt Flynn the 2007 starting quarterback today at the LSU Board of Supervisors meeting. The board recognized Miles and Flynn early in the meeting, prior to officially approving increases for football ticket and parking prices this fall. Link To Original Article
