We like to keep the Louisiana kids I know, but Gay/Phillips isn't exactly a consolation prize for losing Moses/Allen. They're every bit the equal at worst.
Not over one more weekend and in-home visits. Allen is a tough one to read but I do know we are very much in it and more than ever before.
I have the feeling Allen is playing us like Shyrone Carey did last year. Probably at the urging of the Bama staff to make other LSU recruits at the position unsure of who their competition will be.
People will say that no matter what but I know them and not the case. He could stay with Bama and I would lean that way if I had to guess and family are for sure still considering LSU heavily and more than ever. Allen and family just don't know for sure 100% what they want to do and I don't blame them. With or without him we could end up with the #1 LB class or could fall flat on our face. We need at least 2. I am just amazed at how quickly O, Aranda, and Austin Thomas turned the recruiting of LBs around.
