Wow Justin Vincent gets the nod at first team SEC at two postitions All-SEC Team QB - David Greene, Georgia RB - Carnell Williams, Auburn RB - Justin Vincent, LSU WR - Fred Gibson, Georgia WR - Justin Vincent, LSU<<<<<<<< WR - Erik Davis, Vanderbilt OL - Max Jean-Giles, Georgia OL - Wesley Britt, Alabama OL - Ben Wilkerson, LSU OL - Michael Munoz, Tennessee OL - Andrew Whitworth, LSU I guess they meant Green at WR. Decent write. Geaux Tigers!!
I'm pissed, I cannot believe JV was not named a preseason All SEC at center, he is much better than Big Ben!!!
You see the offensive player of the year? Isn't that the same thing they were saying last year? Didn't we make him look like a clown last year in BR? Refresh my memory. I may be wrong but i doubt it. :champs:
I wish you guys would stop down-playing all Carnells accomplishments just because he had a bad game against you guys. Even if he did play his crappiest game all season against you all, it doesnt mean that what he did over the ENTIRE season wasnt great. WAR DAMN EAGLE!!
Got no problem with Caddy's accomplishments. He is a heck of a RB. I wouldn't go so far as to say he played his carppiest game all season against LSU. He played an outstanding game against LSU, however, LSU's D completely shut him and the rest of the AU offense down. He put forth a great effort, and you could clearly see his talent by the moves he was making on the field. But to say he had a crappy game is in error. He ran hard and fast, but everywhere he ran to, he found an LSU Tiger.
Well I just think its pretty low to talk down about a kid with amazing talent and with character enough to hang around for his senior season when he could have dodged town and left as a 1st round pick. I hardly EVER hear good things said about him over here. Its all, he looked like a Volvo, or a pinto, or other stupid stuff like that. And I know that the LSU game wasnt his worst game, that was sarcasm, because thats the way people over here make it out to be. WAR DAMN EAGLE!!
Cadillac Williams is the stud running back in the SEC until he graduates . . . or until someone younger and stronger takes it away from him. Hasn't happened yet. But it will be an interesting year for running backs . . .
