They also use those phones to make untraceable communications. Like Tony Soprano and most drug smugglers. They use them once and then throw them away.

there was a bomb threat in front of my place yesterday, they closed the street down and the bomb squad was there are some mstery package and all that business. it is nice when these sorts of things happen because the other building residents come out and you can make new aquaintances. terror threats are better than an ice cream social.
