As a die hard Gator I wanted to drop in and let one an all know that Les Miles is one kewl guy. Loved his classy remarks about Tim Tebow today. Have always been a fan of his and LSU and today made me feel justified as a fan. I love the fact that 2006 through 2008 the SEC has owned DivI football. Heh. I have always liked LSU when we aren't playing you. Pulling hard for you guys over Georgia this weekend. I don't want you to beat Georgia. I want you to crush them. If we don't make the SEC championship I and a lot of my alumni buddies are pulling for you. Georgia makes me wretch. And I am sorry you don't have Tennessee on your schedule this year. Yall are my favorite team in the east, and Tebow is such a good dude on and off the field its hard not to pull for him. Welcome to TF! Great first post. We pull for the SEC, and certainly pulled for Fla. in your championship games. You earned it and the congrats that come with it. This edition of the Tigers has not seemed to get it hitting on all eight cylinders yet, you may detect some angst among our fan base. Overall, we have talent, but I think inexperience at QB limits what we can do, and our line play is not up to the level of recent years, no all america candidates out there. But, we will show up and play the game! See you in a week! Stick around after that and meet some of our other SEC buddies and invite your friends.
I stay awake at nights dealing with my emotions towards Florida. On one hand I want UF to lose every single game, but I want the SEC to do well and maintain the status of being best conference. I have been to Gainesville for a game and I didn't care for it. Some fans are rude and trashy, stadium atmosphere was weak compared to LSU. LSU fans were threatened to be kicked out for standing IN THE VISITOR SECTION during big plays. So I want UF to lose every game, but I do think Tebow is a great guy and player. LSU must beat UF every year so our fans (bmy) don't want to fire our coach, but with all these SEC losses UF will not go to the SEC championship game and if UF doesn't go to the SECCG who in the east will beat Bama if LSU doesn't go. I can't trust anyone else with this duty. No matter how much I dislike UF, nothing surpasses my hatred for Bama and their fans. So, Good Luck This Season!!! I hope Timmy the Tebow is all better in TWO weeks.
