Okay, I turn my back from the game for a minute, and then I see Rice's team at home plate celebrating... this stinks.
To say the least, the second baseman had time to smoke a cigarette waiting on the base runner so he could tag him. Tigers look like they were just happy to make it to Omaha. Sad display of baseball so far, let's hope they turn in on and get a win.
This team looks lost. I still love this team...we can't forget what they've done...but they don't look ready for this stage right now. NOW...they still do their best work in the 8th and 9th...so the fat lady is still at the buffet, but she is peeking over this way. Somebody go give that chick a cake and keep her occupied for about 3 more innings!

not necessarily. looked the same way in the sec trny against south carolina then looked completely different in the last 2 innings. wont likely happen here but just saying sometimes it just doesnt go your way.
