I and several of my friends saw this in the collegian this morning and we were simply dumbfounded. The sad part is, it is well within bounds of free speech. I just don't understand what some people are thinking sometimes.
I've lived in Northern Virginia since I graduated from Ohio State 20 some odd years ago and this is one of the most idiotic things I've seen. If there's anything Penn State could do to boot these useless space eaters out I'd be all for it. I'm so disgusted I really can't articulate what I'd like to say.
There really isn't anything they can do beyond sending a letter of reprimand. They charged the people in the video pelting the OSUers earlier in the year....that's understandable (as well as those dumb*** Pitt fans who helped to urge it on)......but this, not so much. I'm afraid all we can do is look at these people in disgust.

I wonder if those two idiots know there was a (somewhat) similar shooting (on a much smaller scale - one person killed) at their own school in 1996.
