My first post so dont hammer me to much. I remember how excited I was when LSU went out and got one of their own in Jerry Stovall to coach the Tigers. I know it didnt work out but the thought was good. Is there any coach out there with deep LSU connections that would be a good fit? Someone mentioned to me today about Terry Robiskie??? What about one of the legendary high school coaches in LA??? I know its crazy, but the thought is that we could keep the homegrown talent and have someone that might stay a while.
Welcome to TF, Joe. This question came up a few days ago on here, and some folks were trying to come up with possibilities. Do a quick search or scroll through the threads from the past few days. Robiskie's name came up, but the consensus seems to be that it's silly to focus on LSU guys rather than looking for the best hire possible. Especially since LSU isn't a particularly unique place culturally like aTm or Nebraska.
Why would you do that? Some sort of bizarre effort to prove to be the dumbest poster? You honestly think you were the first one to think that Michigan might be calling? It didn't take 'til the Kentucky game for most of us, since we remember the App. State game.
I dont personaly think Les will sell us out like Saban the prick did u know... LSU! :geauxtige LSU!
Yep, USC will always have a problem with recruiting, since the old ball coach is mentioned for every opening. What about UK? Is their coach gonna retire as was mentioned last week? PHAT PHIL must have some dirt on someone. UGA and UF are content. Vandy....well they are Vandy... You heard it here first.
