I have been saying the exact same thing:thumb:. Now none of the young guys HAVE to be the go to guy. Also, AU will be putting their best DB, if not 2 of them on Doucet. That will also make things easier for Lafell.

    AWSOME NEWS!!!

I agree. Throw it at him once per quarter to keep them honest, and make sure he doesn't get re injured.

I agree that LaFell will loosen up with Doucet back in there.

Yeah, scramble to find the tapes from last year's game so that they can show the DB's how to hold Early so he can't catch the ball.

Maybe I am drinking the kool aid, but here is how I see it. Doucet comes back, the offense who has been tired and out of sync starts to click again, which, in turn fires up the Defense. We start throwing and running at will and we start a stretch of games where we cruise untill ATL, beat a very good opponent and win the Nat Champ game in January. IT ALL STARTS THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!! Doucet coming back is the key, how many teams can still click losing the #1 rated reciever in the country and not have some trouble? We will not lose again this year.

I'll believe Doucet is back when I see him catch a pass. Les is not beyond spreading disinformation concerning injured players.

don't know if he'll be back or not, but I thought (as did most everyone else) that the worst player to lose on Offense this year would be Doucet.

Would be great to see him working back into shape, stating this weeK!!

I think it makes the whole rec. corps better. Lafell may be pressing, trying to step up and be the man. Doucet back may have a calming affect and settle him down.

    At least, I hope so.
