He did nothing to me. I have paid him compliments on this thread and on this forum previously which he well deserves. I simply suggested that one's loyalty is something worth earning and not simply for giving away.

Some big assumptions there. I haven't liked the Lakers for quite some time. Showtime was my favorite era. Once Jabbar, Wilkes, Nixon, Magic, Cooper, AC, Worthy, etc left I lost interest. I did enjoy Shaq with the Lakers and thought Dr. Buss made a huge mistake in letting him go. I took neither side in the kobe/shaq debate and could care less who has a ring or not. And while I think kobe is an amazing player, he's an admitted liar and threw Shaq under the bus for cheating when he himself was in the hotseat. What happened to bros before hos? Isn't that man law or something?

Ahh, several compliments in this thread, followed by a counterpoint.

So you jumped off the Laker bandwagon when they went South and jumped on the USC one? And you talk to US about loyalty.

No, I said I preferred the Showtime era and who wouldn't? Tickets were actually affordable at that time. When Magic left, the magic left for me. If Pro Sports organizations required loyal fans, I'd still be required to root for the Raiders............nope.

As for USC, both my parents attended. Obviously that's where I came from. I've been going to games with my dad since I was 5. I have my B.A. from USC, have been a season ticket holder for 15 years, am a long time member of an athletic support group, and am a lifetime member of the Alumni Association. I suffered through the 90's- Larry Smith, the coach who shall remain nameless, and John Robinson Part Deux. I am loyal to USC. The school comes first before the players. I'm no bandwagon Trojan.

I may be a bandwagon Tiger though as I've only been a TAF member for under a year.

A USC fan who pays TAF dues? I think my brain just exploded.

Wait until you see the paver near Mike's enclosure.............Fight On!

That's a joke BTW, I'd never be disrespectful to LSU, her mascot, or to Tiger fans.

Then I probably shouldn't tell you she donated to the Wally Pontiff Jr. Foundation too.

Sorry vball, I know you did it anonymously but think it speaks to your character. :thumb:

Heard on the radio today that she was having an affair with Shaq's personal trainer and when she found out he may know she starting putting money away in foreign accounts in case he filed for divorce. Haven't searched for it any more, so I'm not sure how accurate it is.

I spotted Shaq's RV on Siegen at lunchtime. It was parked in front of David's Car Stereo. It's black with pics of him and the Superman/Shaq Daddy "S" on it!
