Thats the talk in Miami too! don't know about the truth of it though as it is on the radio but Shaq hasn't come out and said anything. At least not that I have heard! But Miami loves thier shaq and if anybody needs to get out of town it will be her!:wink:
Well she's the one still living in their $13M mansion while it's being sold. And yes, Shaq has asked for a complete accounting of all financial and real estate transactions that she has done as it seems she's bought some property with only her name on the title. I like the big guy too (best sound bite provider EVER) but get real, fidelity isn't something that NBA players experience............ever............and Shaq is no exception. I'd say that with 4 kids of their own and only a 5 year marriage, it wasn't designed to last and there's enough blame to go around.

If she is buying property with what I can only assume is his money. I don't see where it's out of line to ask for a complete accounting of that. I'm sure Shaq's no angel, but when you have as much $$ as Shaq does divorce is as much business as it is personal.
Defend them when they earn it. Shaq is funny, talented, wealthy, and spends a great deal of his own time and money to assist charities but he's not without flaws. Fortunately for him he's built up enough good will with fans and the media and his soon to be ex will be painted as the golddigger........and maybe she is.
I agree with everything you said.....except they got married in Cali and the law here says that whatever was earned after the marriage is considered shared so it wasn't necessarily "his" money but "theirs" according to the law. Wonder what state he filed in. And they do have a pre-nup. As a side note he did request that she get primary custody of their kids so at least on the outside he believes she's a good parent.
