1. I am sick of all this talk because Michigan lost the 1st game and Carr is on the hot seat. UM fans should be the one talking about this all season, not us. When we discuss this at the end of the year my answer will still be the same. If he leaves, great and good luck to him in the future if he stays lets just get ready for the season. But lets focus on this season while it is here. We have been waiting a long off season for some football so lets enjoy it before it is too late.

BTW, I thought the consensus of the UM fans is that they wanted nothing to do with Miles. I doubt that has changed much since the loss this past weekend.

  2. Great. I started a thread here right after the Michigan loss asking if anyone thought Miles was getting phone calls from Michigan and the thread got yanked before you could blink. It was a legitimate question and now it's being discussed everywhere.
  3. Hardly.......the wording used in the threads you started were "Shock posts" and "Rumor". It was just a matter of the wording, this thread is not the same, it askes, "What if....."; whereas, yours begged for it.

FWIW, I agree with the mod who pulled them- it's nothing personal, but was against the forum guidelines........btw, so is openly questioning the mods, this can (And I'd bet it was) be discussed through pm's. :thumb:
  4. Check out any UM message boards to see how wrong you are. ;)
  5. HELL YES, you'd better believe it . . . of COURSE The University of Michigan is interested in stealing our coach !! We have an outstanding head football coach in Coach Les Miles, and, I'm confident that he's going to be contacted by any NFL team or premier NCAA football program that needs a top-notch Head Football Coach.

This goes with the territory of BEING THE LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY FIGHTING TIGERS . . . one of the finest programs in the land.

If Coach Miles wins the MNC this year, there will be some NFL owners interested in hiring him.

This is stark, simple proof of the Power of our Program.

FEAR NOT !! We will continue to Conquer.

  6. Oh, who are those guys? Where do they coach? Why haven't I heard of them in connection with college football before?

  7. I appreciate your input. Thanks for the heads up. However, since I'm not a paying contributor I can't pm. When I click on the name I get a:
"SORRY...This feature is available to Contributors only or has been disabled by the administrator."

That's why I asked 'Gradin to contact me because I had legit questions. He pm'd me once before I tried to contact him but I never heard back from him.

I agree with your 'rumor' choice of words was bad on my part and ill conceived. But the subject of Miles and Michigan was being very actively discussed on many other forums including non LSU and Michigan forums.
  8. Well I guess things have changed over the past few months. I saw 2 or 3 polls asking this very question after last season and a vast majority didnt want him.

  9. This just goes with the territory of having the best program in the SEC West and one of the best programs in the country!

When you win . . . and win BIG (like we have) . . . then people will try to get some of your MOJO from you.

Why do the top recruits want to be with us? Why do NFL teams and other college programs want our coaches and ex-coaches?

BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE LIKE US!!

    WE ARE LSU !!
