I was watching at the Baltimore Brewing Company (restaurant now closed :sob: , beer still available :thumb:, though in bottles not fresh from the tap in growlers :sob: ...sorry, got sidetracked). What was it, our first or second play from scrimmage when we almost scored a TD? I started giggling and couldn't stop for the entire first quarter.
I was there and it was great! No commercials, no television commentary, no BS AP trophy, and after the third quarter...NO Oklahoma fans :hihi: ! I would have been happy in Tempe or Miami but there is no better place for the title game than New Orleans ! :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal: :crystal:
I have no clue what that pic is since I cannot see attachments, but I assume it is something to do with the 2003 NC game. I was on the 50 y/l in the Terrace.
i was at the state palace theatre watching with about 2500 other fans on a HUGE screen. it was the next best thing to being there since i watched it with about 12 friends. i also have to admit i got a little emotional at the end. not that there's anything wrong with that...
I was in front of my 50" Mits w/ TIVO with 6 friends and a keg'o'microbrew at my house. (Game is STILL on my TIVO, even though I gave that TIVO up to my bride) My bro called me from tha Dome every 10 minutes to discuss, so I felt like I was there. I WAS there for this:
I was there! Courtesy of the kindness of my older brother who sprung for the tickets. Picture below from just after the game. Closest thing to a "spiritual experience" that I've ever felt.
I was on the 40-45 right next to Mauck's (sp?) girlfriend and 2 rows behind Skyler's dad. Too much fun!
50 yrd line lower Terrace. Meet with my girlfriend and now wife right down the street at the bar she worked at down the street. She took it pretty well that my brother came into town the last minute and claimed her ticket I promised.
