The scrutiny he is going to come under with the Bama fans, alumni, and press is going to be unbearable at some point if he doesn't win SOON and OFTEN.

I actually feel sorry for him. I think the biggest regret in his life, whether he will admit it or not, was leaving LSU in the first place.

How he handled the Miami departure, etc. has put a serious stain on his reputation.

It's doubtful he'll win another one. Too many things fell in place for his first one. It's unlikely he'll find the same ingredients again.

His Miami departure, in isolation would be one thing but even more magnified taken in conjunction with the same MO he left LSU. He may have a serious stain with most LSU fans and many others outside of the Bama fanbase, but the Bama fans seem to really be excited with him- right or wrong- time will tell. Look no further than the attendance at their spring game.
