    Error on the 3rd baseman, he threw it in the Bullpen. 7-6 Tigers with tying run on 2nd Base. Just freaking wonderful.

    Mainieri's philosophy is to let them hit it and field the ball. LSU's errors may haunt them.

    Third baseman makes a play for the final out. Game over. 7-6 Tigers. Why do they always have to make it interesting?

    13-2 games don't teach anything. Good experience for the young Tigers.:thumb:

    Also, don't underestimate St. Mary's, those guys have been fairly impressive and have had the benefit of playing a lot more games than has LSU. LSU's only going to get better. I've been impressed with our "starters" and our starting pitchers though. Furbush is going to be something else before it's over.
