CLM draws bullseye

I think Miles showed considerable restaint, notice that he never commented on all of Saban's bullsh**t taking credit for all of LSU's success. I'm with the other posters, tigerfourums ought to take tidefans.com's example, criticize our coach or our program, and your banned! This is a tiger board, go to a bama board with that stuff. A good debate if fine, but I think CLM has shown class with all of this. I'm not sure if he actually said what he's getting credit for, did anyone here hear him, what did he say?

 

I am not knocking CLM. I just posed a question. Can't knock another coach when he has owned your team since his arrival.

 

OK, the question was what happens if does not deliver?

Well, since "does not deliver" is totally subjective, the question is subjective at best, meaningless at worst.

If you mean what happens if he loses against Bama, not much if he wins 11 games, like he usually does. If you mean what happens if he loses half our games, well, he would probably get another season and then we would have to see. LSU has a tendency to keep bad coaches too long. Bama has a tendency to run good coaches out of town. Since Coach Miles is obviously a good coach, based on his record and recruiting, I don't see us having a problem.

Just be glad that CLM is saying bama is back up to the status of being an actual rival. :lol:

 

I for one am thrilled to pieces that has happened. I said before that it is good to be hated again. Nothing worse than being irrelevant.

You've had your dark ages, but they don't seem as dark as LSU's were in the early 90s. That sucked. I welcome the competition and think Miles is up to the challenge. If he isn't.... we'll cross that bridge if we come to it.

I appreciate you staying composed in the face of some inflamatory schlop. I take solace in knowing that there are at least as many tiders that would treat me the same way. Glad you take the time to participate over here. It's good to hear an outsider's opinion. :thumb:

 

Thanks, I enjoy my time here. One can usually have good natured ribbing and some dang decent football discussions here. The barn and vile boards are much like the WVU boards. The only thing missing are the burning couches.

 

I don't see as that changes anything one iota. Did anyone think when we get together that it will be anything less than a war? This was just an acknowledgement of that. Certainly not as bad a lying satan dis-ing the state with his coonass joke and "expletive deleted" my wife.

 

I want to know what the 'expletive' was.
