They didn't look emotion-less after the opening play. They did after the Gators starting leaving them in the dust.........You people thought there was NO WAY you could loose, much less get your chit kicked in.........Dam Yankees!!
Horrible assessment. Florida made Ohio State like a Div II School. They were slower, they were weaker. They were outcoached. LSU self-destructed. We actually did a decent job on both sides of the line of scrimmage vs the Gators but the turnovers were too much to overcome. If Florida plays OSU next weekend, it's still 27-10 Gators. If Florida plays LSU next weekend, it's down to the wire.
I knew it was "lights out" for tOSU when FLA made that 45 yd fieldgoal. They guy was 4-13 on hte season and 0-4 from 40+ yds. I am glad the SEC was well represented. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
Good point. If an opening kickoff for a touchdown doesn't pump you with emotion maybe you shouldn't be on the field. It started off perfectly for tOSU. What more could you ask for?
First of all, you're right in your sarcasm. I'd take Jamarcus Russell and Dwayne Bowe, OR Craig Davis, OR Early Doucet over Smith and Ginn. You know what I saw tonight? A slow, Ginn-less FIZZ! Secondly, the games you referenced were not at all BLOWOUTS, nor were they highly ranked SEC teams. In fact, the highest ranked team you mention there was Wisconsin, who was favored to win the game. This is a NO SPIN ZONE here, pal.:thumb:
Did the OSU band really play the theme from Titanic at halftime?   I'm over on a UM borad, and I can report that they are definately giving the SEC their due. I'm pleasantly surprised.
I find it hard to believe that Ohio St was that bad. I know Florida is good, but damn. Maybe you're right, though. When LSU played Illinois it was the same deal. Not that Illinois was on the same level. I can't help but think that Ohio St had a bad game.
