If you want to argue that the SEC is the best team, root for UF. If they win it all, we would have a chance to beat the defending champs at home next year. The crowd will be jacked up for that game for sure.

And another thing, if OSU wins, you knwo ESPN will be calling them one of the greatest teams ever, and if you want that then root for them. I hate the buckeyes and the big 10 and its a plus that an SEC team will be facing them.
If it would have been USC-OSU I might have had to root for USC in that one.

I don't think we are better than LSU we have just been a little more fortunate this year. You guys were hosed against AU. We just played better that day when we played you guys. LSU is the team I thought we would have faced in the SECCG but the Vols couldn't help you guys out. Thanx for beating the pants off of Notre Dame and I hope you win 8-10 straight against Bama in the coming seasons.

I always pull for the SEC, but looking ahead to next year’s Beauty Contestant Series; the stronger our opponents are perceived to be, the more credit our victories will be given. If Florida wins they have a better chance of being rated higher to start the season…

Go SEC! I like to think of the SEC as our own little world no other league can touch. Because our teams sometimes lack comparative TV market share, the SEC gets the short end too often. We need a strong competitive league with frequent champions. Likewise, anyone pushing the merits of a one or two loss SEC team is undercut if conference teams can't compete on a national stage.

I never pull for SEC teams in title games. They can win all the other bowls but its too big a recruiting tool when you win this one. What I hope for is a blowout so bad that people wonder how Florida ever got there.

Geaux Gators! Why?? Two words--Kirk Herbstriet!:po: Plus, like some have already mentioned, when we beat them next year, it improves our appearence. I enjoy seeing teams get exposed...UM by USC, ND by LSU, Arkansas by us, UF, and Wisconsin, etc...:thumb: I want OSU to be exposed tonight in the worst kind of way.

The SEc is just a conference. If your team was in the big ten you'd swear it was the toughest. 16 years from now, 4 teams could be totally different and the whole SEC might be frail with one good team. ( LSU of course  :geauxtige )

I like Florida about as well as Georgia Tech or Texas or slippery rock U.

I don't care if they win or lose. BUT since OSU is gonna stomp a mudhole in them anyway, I might as well like the winner.

    Go buckeyes.
