Sorry to hear the news my friend. Times like these provide perspective that college football is pretty irrelevant in the big scheme of things. Keep up the spirit. Geaux Tigers And Roll Tide.
Sorry to hear about your loss. Our time here is short but we're going to a better place when we leave and as much as you're wishing he was here, he is probably wishing you were with him, and one day will. You will be put on our prayer line. I've lost close family members and the hardest part are the things, later, that remind you of them but time has a way of healing things.....hang in there, sometimes it doesn't appear that way but God never gives us more than we can handle.
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Thanks for thinking enough of this place where we meet to share this with us. As has been said, in the grand scheme, the people close to us that we share our lives with are the most important things. I've lost family members, and the most comforting thought is that you put the time, effort, and committment into the relationship. Knowing you tried to do the right thing, even if it didn't always turn out the way you wanted, is the greatest satisfaction. Remeber the good times, and smile about it as often as possible.
I send my best wishes to your and your family. Its neve easy, just hang in there and take it day by day.
Very sorry to hear about your uncle RE. I too am very close to one of my uncles......like a best friend. We have LSU and the Saints in common. He lives in Florida now so I don't get to spend much time with him anymore. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
Sorry to hear it, RE. My prayers are with you for your loss. Just remember, don't think you'll be alone for your next 'Bama home basketball game....I'm sure your uncle will still be with you.
