1. Keiland Williams, Charles Scott, Alley Broussard, Hester....does Les Miles change it up every game like he did this year, or does he stick w/ one back and spell him when he needs a breather? I think he should stick w/ Keiland and sub him w/ a change-of-pace back every now and again w/ Charles Scott or Hester.:helmet:
  2. I the KW will emerge as a starter but will only get around 15-20 carries a game. I just can't see Miles not rotating Hester and others into the mix.
  3. I think he has no choice but to feature Williams. I think Broussard serves as our bruiser up the middle and especially short yardage plays. I think Hester gets in on many 3rd down plays for pass protection and safety valve passes. Hester will be just as big a part of our offense as this year, just moreso in the passing game vs. the running game.

Scott may be the odd man out of this rotation. I think he spells Williams and maybe gets 5-7 carries a game.

So out of 45 carries a game let's say:

    Williams 22
    Broussard 12
    Hester 6
    Scott 5
  4. Hey man, I noticed you are from Austin....I used to live there and go to the Shoal Creek Saloon to watch LSU and Saints games. They would feed us and get us hammered at a reasonable price. It was certainly good times. Have you ever been there?
  5. Yeah my favorite game of all time was the 2003 SEC CG vs. Georgia. It was almost like being there!

Other times I have gone have been when the UT game has been on at the same time. And then you got to deal with those nasty UT fans. Small hands, smell like cabbage, you know.....
  6. I think LSU certainly needs to find one back and stick with him. Right now, Williams appears to clearly be the top overall back. No one is able to get into a rhythem. Id give the majority to Williams. A few carries to either Scott or Alley if he gets back to his old self in relief of Williams. Hester shoud also get a few carries because of his versatility.
  7. I think Alley looked like the old Alley for the first time against Arkansas. Was really good to see.

His knee will be 100 % as well as his confidence. That one-two punch could be lethal.
  8. Alley could certain be a major factor with Williams. Its all on if he puts the in work to improve and get back to where he was before the injury. I could definitely see them being a duel back attack like Bush and White.
  9. That's a great comparison. I think Alley will get back into some serious playing shape heading into next season. I assume he would like to play at the next level. He has one more shot in his senior season to impress people that he belongs.
  10. I'm wondering who wil be retuning punts next year. With Buster Davis leaving are we in for some more adventures. I hope we find one before the Florida game next year.
