BCS has screwed the Tigers In order to protect the "Great USC" Now Tigers have to play notre LAME. what a boring puss team. If tigers win all we will hear is how ND was down this year. If ND wins all we will hear is how the Great ND came down to the bayou and Kicked ass. I would have rathered tigers play louisville . also I have to pull for Fla. My heart wants them to win but my head says they have no chance in hell. I would have loved to play USC, but that's how it goes. And people are getting away with thinking we are the SUPERTEAM. We are still the team that Ole Miss had on the ropes and Arkansas nearly beat if not for some moronic playcalling by Arky. I don't think we would have stomped USC. But we do have a good team and we've been great recently in the Superdome. That atmosphere gives us a huge advantage.
Look, LSU kicks some Notre Dame ass and starts in the preseason Top 5 depending on JR's status. How bad is that?
1. The Sugar Bowl is the traditional SEC Champion's bowl, and what we really play for every year. Should things work out as they did for Florida and you go to the MNC, that's just icing on the cake. How can you not be excited to play in the Sugar Bowl? 2. USC was the Pac-10 Champion. They automatically go to the Rose Bowl unless they're in the BCS Championship game. There was nothing done to "protect" USC. The Rose selected Michigan as an at large, fairly obvious as both the #3 team in the country and from the Big 10. 3. How can you not be excited to play Notre Dame? I don't care how "overrated" some may think they are; they are still Notre Dame, and beating then in the Sugar will be extra sweet. 4. I'm so sick of the talk about playing USC in the Rose and this somehow having an effect on the 2003 outcome. There was one BCS chamionship game in 2003, and it was in the Sugar Bowl. We won. The crystal ball is in the Andonie Museum. We need no validation for that hardware -- it is ours.

most in the SEC recoginize LSU 03 NC. My self included. Please dont fool yourself and believe that most of the country remembers LSU NC. How many times have you heard (USC NC in O3) on ESPN! I have heard it a lot and I get pissed everytime. when I said validated I meant the whole country would have seen the match up and when the tigers stomped that ass mabe the whole country would count LSUs 03 NC.
