I can see it, but I think there is one additional factor here. Something tells me that UM/Big-10 would have to be soothed over a bit. In other words, the TOR people would likely want to get some concurrence out of the affected parties in order to pull it off - a deal. So if they get that deal, I can see it maybe happening, but if they don't, then no way.
