Oh well that's been years ago. Besides Huey P Long has a ton of bridges named after him and they say he was a big crook, so why not have a statue of Billy? I don't see why not.
They could start with the old school guys. Billy Cannon Bert Jones Tommy Cassanova Y.A.Tittle Charley Mac Start with maybe 20 of the all time greats and add one a year San Francisco Giants have one of Willie Mays and Juan Marichel out at the entrances of the stadium and they are awesome. Plus people use them as places to take pictures and as meeting places. They add alot to the atmosphere in my opinion. Just a thought.
I think the plaques would be a great idea but, i think we would have to clean up the stadium a little bit before put these nice plaques up
