I agree... J-Mar needs to step up and show that he is the leader of the Tigers. No struggles, as in the AU game. And, at the same time, D needs to prove leak to be awful.
Because Leak beat: Tennessee, Alabama, and Southern Miss. (Combined 1 loss besides their losses to Florida, that being the Alabama-Arkansas overtime loss). JR has won against Tulane, Miss. State, and LA-Lafayette. Those teams have a combined 4 wins this season, one being Tulane over Miss. State. Early in the season after our Southern Miss and UCF games Leak happened to be the most efficient QB in college football. You say JR got uncomfortable in the Auburn game and made some bad decisions. That's what respectable competition does. Leak's numbers suffered a bit after the Tennessee and Alabama games, and I'm 100% positive JR's will this week as well. I'm not saying LSU won't win, or that you don't have a great QB. But, looking at his numbers and declaring it a media conspiracy that he's not in the thick of every Heisman discussion seems a little far fetched. Let him BEAT SOMEBODY first.
mediocrity???????????????????wtf???????????????????? to say that about someone who has been a proven, consistent winner and leader really makes me question your thought process. wow:nope:
agreed, he looks great agaisnt the tulane's and Moo U's. He needs to look great against a quality opponent. THAt will help LSU and him in the long run.
obviously flynn may do better. since he hasnt played as much theres no way to know but odds are flynn could have a 200 passer rating and be undefeated. jamarcus is only 18-3 and the 18 were usually patsies. flynn could very well be 21-0. you cant argue against that. its very probable.
Tirk I normally agree with you but to say that it is "very probable" that Flynn would be 21-0 is ludacris.
No, the nut-huffing from the media has been there since he was a freshman. No one disputes that he's been good, but not nearly as good as the hype would indicate.
