I can't believe what I am reading on this board. You people call yourselves fans. PLEASE!! Look up the word fairweather in the dictionary. It applies to a hell of a lot of you. Our guys played their asses off for 60 minutes and have nothing to hang their heads for or be ashamed about. The refs didn't cost us the game. In case you didn't notice, we were lined up against a hell of a football team on both sides of the ball. I was a die hard Tiger fan before kickoff and I'm still a diehard Tiger fan. A little disappointed, but I still bleed Purple & Gold.
You can't be serious... It was a game we could have won not should have won. Only being 3 pt. underdogs in their venue means the teams were equal going in. Neither team was really tested in the first two games but showed a lot of talent. But to say, "There's always next year..." There is still this year. Don't be a fair weather fan- hang in, there are still a lot of good things ahead this year. :helmet:
I can understand your point, but I can't believe you're going to tell me that the Refs DIDN'T COST US THE GAME. For crying out loud, they couldn't have been more obvious if they'd put on the freaking pads.
You won't hear the players or coaches blaming the loss on the refs and you won't hear from it from me. Did I think there were one or two questionable calls? Sure I did. If you study the game they tend to balance out over the season for the good teams. Blaming the refs is the easy way out for people who think they are fans. As I said before, we got beat by a hell of a good football team who played their asses off for 60 minutes as we did. A classic SEC battle. Congrats to Auburn and bring on the Wave.
Oh I am sorry to speak out of place. Let's hear some more words of wisdom oh sage one. I see where you have been being stupid on this site since 2003
