This is my last post about the Braves, but that was the most pathetic 9th inning I have ever seen. When you are that far behind in the standings you cannot just give up that many runs in the 9th. If we pick up some pitching for the bullpen then I can see us making a strong push for the wild card. Just a stat, The bullpen and closers have blown 16 games this season where our starters were winning going into the 6 and 7th and we have lost. Even if we have 1/2 of those games back its a different story for the braves, but we still have a whole half of a season to play. Anything can happen. ok im done...
yick.... I hated that game Still think Tre Smith should've sat the bench, and am still wondering why a guy like Borges asked a first year starter to throw the ball 30+ times in his 1st National TV debut. Then again, things have kinda worked out since then :thumb:
